Returns and Exchange
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we are here to help. As all of our items are very delicate and fine, we advise you to handle the scarves with the utmost care upon receiving them.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed and undamaged items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service at info@kashmir-cashmere.ch or via the contact form to initiate a return. Due to our items being so delicate, we kindly ask you to keep the scarves in their original paper and packaging. Items that are returned to us in a damaged state or in a damaged packaging cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@kashmir-cashmere.ch or via the contact form. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges, subject to availability. Exchanging an item is only possible if the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping & Costs: All costs for the return shipping are to be covered by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged during the delivery. Damaged or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@kashmir-cashmere.ch or via the contact form and provide us with your order number and photos of the item. We will then come back to you with replacement or refund options.
