General Terms and Conditions (GT&C)

1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Kashmir Cashmere GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Kashmir Cashmere"). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these GT&C.
2. Completion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer clicks "Order" after selecting his products and entering his details. Kashmir Cashmere confirms receipt of the order by email.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
3.2. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available within Switzerland.
4.2. Delivery time is generally 3-7 business days. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed promptly.

5. Right of Return
5.1. The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving it.
5.2. The return period begins on the day the customer receives the goods. The return request must first be sent in writing via email or post to Kashmir Cashmere.
5.3. The customer bears the cost for the return shipment, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered.

6. Warranty
The seller is liable for defects in the products sold in accordance with the statutory provisions. The statutory warranty period is two years from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.
7. Liability
The seller shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior on his part.
The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use, care errors or external influences on the product.
8. Data Protection
Kashmir Cashmere takes the protection of personal data seriously. Data is treated confidentially and processed only in accordance with the statutory provisions. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Swiss law applies.
9.2. Any changes to these GT&C will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner. The new terms shall be deemed accepted if the customer does not object within 14 days of receipt.
